How It Works

Step by step, this is how we mine your gun range.

    Step 1

    All employees are suited up in all appropriate gun range PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

    Step 2

    Plastic tarp is put up to prevent lead dust.

    Step 3

    Lead separation machinery is brought into your shooting range and assembled on site.

    Step 4

    Rubber berm is brought down to the shooting range floor.

    Step 5

    All granulated rubber is put through an air separation system, and clean rubber is blown back onto the range.

    Step 6

    Clean, separated lead is placed into UNDOT approved containers and properly recycled.

    Step 7

    Granulated rubber is raked for uniformity.

    Step 8

    Reservoir for granulated rubber is refilled.

    Step 9

    All machinery is disassembled and put back into our truck.

    Step 10

    All debris and dust is HEPA vacuumed.

    Step 11

    Lead is weighed, and shipped to our shop.

    Step 12

    Payment for lead is made on completion of the cleaning process.

At the charge of $0.65 per pound, and at no less than 2,000 lbs. we can apply additional granulated rubber to your berm.
